1. Relax in one of Iceland's newest hot springs.
HvalfjΓΆrur is an Icelandic town.
Forget the Blue Lagoon; Iceland's newest geothermal spa, Hvammsvik Hot Springs, will be open to guests this year after opening to locals in 2022, and it looks gorgeous. Eight new hot springs can be found along a black-sand beach in the HvalfjΓΆrur fjord, about a 45-minute drive from Reykjavik. The pools, which provide an immersive natural experience, function in tandem with the Atlantic Ocean, which helps to cool the geothermal water for the ideal soaking temperature. There's also the possibility of swimming with seals. What are you even waiting for?
2. Honor an artistic giant
Madrid is the capital of Spain.

3. Take a high-speed train from coastal resorts
Mayan sites in YucatΓ‘n, Mexico.
Many people want to visit Mexico, but it's not easy (or affordable) to see both its historic ruins and its bustling beach resorts in one trip. All of that is expected to change this year, when Mexico's long-awaited scenic train tren Maya makes its inaugural journey in December. Trains will first run from palanque , known for its Mayan sites, all the way to cancn, stopping in MΓ©rida, the YucatΓ‘n capital, and chichΓ©n itzΓ‘, another famous Mayan ruins site. Seat yourself in the 'xiinbaal' carriage to enjoy the splendor of Mexico from a great height.
